Quality Management and Inspection
The plant produces to its standard specification on a stable basis, and its quality management system covers the production of metallurgical coke. Before each shipment an accredited third-party laboratory issues an analysis certificate, so the buyer can check what arrives against an independent document rather than a statement from the plant.
The Quality Chain from Production to Despatch
- 01Production runs under the certified quality management system, whose scope covers the production of metallurgical coke.
- 02The plant laboratory samples and tests alongside the production line for process control.
- 03Before despatch, samples go to an independent laboratory holding CMA and CNAS accreditation for testing.
- 04A third-party analysis certificate accompanies the shipment; SGS inspection can also be arranged separately.

Pre-shipment inspection
A third-party analysis certificate from a CMA/CNAS-accredited laboratory is issued before shipment.
SGS inspection is also accepted; scope and cost sharing are agreed order by order.
Certifications and Accreditations
All four management system certificates were issued in a single batch by China Quality Mark Certification Group, with a scope covering the production of metallurgical coke and the related management activities. All four carry the CNAS (China) and IQNet marks; the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety certificates additionally carry the IAF MLA mark for international mutual recognition. Overseas customers can rely on this to confirm that the certification is mutually recognised, and can cite the certificates directly in supply chain audits and supplier records.
